We also cater not just for individual riders but for the growing number of families that are looking to use eCargo bikes as a more efficient and greener form of transport. The school run can be just the start of your family e-bike adventures and it’s something we passionately support.

If you’re not ready to buy, we have a range of hybrid and off-road e-bikes available for hire. Perfect for specific trips, occasional use or for those wanting time to see how an e-bike can fit into and enhance their lives. Please contact us for further details.

How to get to us

If you are coming by car, there are some spaces for parking on Church Road or Artillery Road, but you may be lucky enough to get one of the two spaces right outside our shop. (Set your sat-nav to 1 Church Road). The road is on a cul-de-sac, and is close to a Waitrose, should you wish to park your car there.

Do you carry physical stock and could I ride away with my purchase on the same day?

Yes, we have over 40 electric bikes in stock, from the likes of Moustache, Riese & Müller, Gocycle, Desiknio, Benno Bikes, Urban Arrow, SUPER73 and more. If you like a particular eBike that is on display, you’re more than welcome to take the electric bike back with you on the same day. Otherwise it’s 3-5 working days for us to get an in-stock electric bike from London Bridge to Fully Charged Guildford, and get it built, ready for your handover. If the electric bike is not in stock then we will ensure to keep you up to date as to its arrival to us before getting you the electric bike of your dreams!

What type of maintenance and repair services do you provide at Fully Charged Guildford?

Fully Charged Guildford has a trained eMechanic on site. We have all of the necessary diagnostic tools available to ensure a fast turnaround for servicing or repair. All of our eMechanics at Fully Charged are certified in our major brands, namely Bosch eBike Systems, Rohloff, Desiknio, Gocycle, Shimano, SUPER73, Enviolo and Fazua. Do you offer warranties on your electric bikes, and what do they cover?

Fully Charged Guildford offers a two year warranty on electrical components of the eBike we sell, and five years on the frame.

If you have bought an eBike from a Fully Charged store, you can get in touch with our London Bridge store (info@fullycharged.com) and look to part-exchange your bike for a new model that we stock. Unfortunately we don’t offer part-exchanges to any electric bike that we do not stock at Fully Charged.
