Custom orders typically take 3–5 weeks to arrive from the factory. All builds include the Bosch Smart System with OTA updates and app-based features as standard.

The optional DualBattery setup (1,500Wh) dramatically extends your range, ideal for longer commutes or full days out with the family. Paired with the intuitive Kiox 300 display, you get real-time ride data, over-the-air updates, and seamless integration with the Bosch eBike Flow app for locking, tracking, and personalising your ride.
Buggy Option: Everyday Convenience, Family-Friendly Design
The Buggy kit transforms the Packster2 70 CT into the ultimate family hauler — making it easier than ever to get passengers in and out, especially when little legs (or paws) need a helping hand.
With half-height side walls and an open step-through design, the Buggy option provides safe and seamless access to the front box. It’s ideal for younger children, pets, or loading awkward cargo without having to lift over the box edge.

Once you have placed an order with us, our team will handpick your items and schedule them into our workshop. Our specialist eMechanics will build & inspect your eBike before preparing it for collection or delivery.
FedEx Courier Delivery - Free*
eBikes are dispatched within 1-3 working days when in stock at Fully Charged. Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key before riding. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route.

Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built, fully charged and ready to ride away. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.
