Riders understand that any modifications to factory settings are done at their own risk and may render the bikes to be non-compliant and for off-road / private land use only. Fully Charged accepts no liability for the actions of the rider.

FedEx Courier Delivery - Free*
eBikes are dispatched within 1-3 working days when in stock at Fully Charged. Your eBike will be inspected & tested before being safely packaged and sent out to you. Attach the pedals with a spanner, then straighten & tighten your handlebars with an allen key before riding. You will receive updates via FedEx once the bike is en route.
*Free delivery does not include eCargo bikes. For eCargo bike delivery options, please get in touch.
Store collection - Free
Store collection is recommended if you are local to any of our stores. Your bike will be built, fully charged and ready to ride away. Our team can give you a detailed handover in store to help you get set up with everything you need.
