Prefer to collect in person? Choose to pick up your items from any Fully Charged store, including locations in London, Silverstone, Guildford, Cornwall, or the New Forest.
Fast Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Tracking information will be provided for all orders once your package leaves us.
Free Mainland UK Delivery
Enjoy free delivery on orders over £100 across Mainland UK. For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands, a courier charge applies.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to cancel, return, or exchange your order, excluding custom-built or personalised items. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Fully Charged via email or phone with your order details. Return the goods within 14 days at your expense, and we'll refund you via the original payment method, minus any costs for damage or devaluation.
