Read MoreAll eBikes purchased online are assembled and checked by our trained e-mechanics, before being re-boxed and dispatched to you so that you can be confident that your first experience will be a great one. The handlebars will require straightening and tightening and the pedals will need assembling. An instructional video call can be arranged if required.

If you are within range of a Fully Charged store, we highly recommend picking up your eBike in person. We'll get you set up with your new ride and make any final adjustments so it's tailor-made for you.
Courier Delivery - Free*
We offer a convenient courier delivery service via FedEx right to your doorstep. You’ll need to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals, then you’re good to go. *Please note Cargo Bikes do not qualify for free delivery.
Premium Home Delivery
Opt for the private delivery option and your bike will come fully built and 100% ready to ride at a time that suits you. We'll ensure an eBike Specialist is on hand to help get you set up. The fee is £100+ depending on your postcode.

Delivery Questions

How long will it take for my eBike to arrive?
The delivery time for your eBike can vary based on your location and the model you've chosen. Typically, deliveries within the UK take 3-5 working days, while international deliveries may take longer. For a more accurate estimate, please contact our customer service team.

Will my bike arrive fully assembled?
Our electric bikes are fully built and tested by our e-mechanics before delivery. Depending on your delivery method you may need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebar before riding. If you collect from store or go for the premium delivery, the bikes is 100% built and ready to ride.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please get in touch with our team for specific details and shipping costs to your location.

Can I choose a specific day for delivery?
Yes, if you'd like ti select a specific day then get in touch with our team and we'll arrange it.

Do I need a license to ride an eBike?
No, you do not. It qualifies as a standard bicycle as long as it emits 250Watts and the assistance is limited to 15.5mph. However you must be over 14 years old to ride on the road.

What should I do if I need technical support?
Absolutely, we encourage test rides as much as possible, they are the best way to understand how fantastic these machines are. You can visit our showroom on Bermondsey Street and choose from over 50 demo eBikes we have in store, and we can talk you through what bike best fits your needs.Overnight Test-Rides are also available for those wanting to test out their commute, or test out one particular hill.

Do you offer aftercare services?
Our aftercare services include servicing, repairs and warranty for your eBike. We are committed to ensuring that your electric bike continues to perform at its best. Our service centre is the largest in the UK and has fast access to genuine replacement parts if needed. Additionally, we provide guidance on eBike care and maintenance to prolong its lifespan and performance.
At Fully Charged we are equipped with the latest eBike diagnostic tools to provide an unparalleled service to our customers. Located beneath our showroom in London Bridge is our open workshop, where our fully qualified and experienced eBike technicians are on hand to offer expert tech support on all the eBikes we stock. We offer personal set up, and a tailored servicing plan based on your needs. We are also one of the few retailers in the country who are certified Bosch eBike Experts.

Do you ship internationally?
For those outside the UK, we offer express international shipping. Please contact us before making your purchase for a shipping quotation. Purchases made online will be offered a standard shipping rate, but due to the complexity of shipping routes and the shape and sizes of bikes shipped, these are subject to change. Please note that we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges and we will contact you in the event of any change. If you are purchase internationally and the bike manufacturer does not have a warranty network in your country, you have to organize and fund the return of your bike to Fully Charged. Alternatively, we can send out parts to you and offer skype calls to experienced bike mechanics at our normal work shop rates.

I don't live near Fully Charged. How am I supported?
At Fully Charged we can support local bike shops with parts, advice and assistance so you can maintain your bike. If you have a Bosch Powered eBike, there is a worldwide dealer network who can support with servicing and warranty work. If you do not have a Bosch eBike and require warranty work, we can help arrange getting the bike back to Fully Charged.
