How do I book a service for my eBike?
You can book your service appointment online here: Fully Charged Service Booking.
Or to book a service at Fully Charged Silverstone, Guildford, New Forest or Cornwall, please contact the store directly.

What types of eBikes do you service?
We primarily service eBikes purchased from Fully Charged. During peak times, we reserve service slots for Fully Charged customers. However, if you own an eBike from another retailer, please contact us to check availability.

How much does a service cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the level of service required:
- Standard Service – £120 (eBikes) / £175 (eCargo bikes)
- Platinum Service – £195 (eBikes) / £250 (eCargo bikes)
- Health Check – £60 (Free within 6 weeks of a new bike purchase)
- Specialist Services (Gocycle, VanMoof, brake servicing, wheel building, etc.) – Prices vary

What's included in Standard vs Platinum service?
A Standard Service is ideal for eBikes with light use and includes a full check-up, adjustments, and an eBike software update. A Platinum Service is a more comprehensive option, including a full strip-down, deep clean, and component overhaul.

How often should I service my eBike?
We recommend a Standard Service every 6-12 months, depending on usage, and a Platinum Service at least once a year for high-mileage riders or those using their eBike for commuting. eCargo bikes require regular maintenance due to their heavier loads.

How long does a typical service take?
We offer servicing at all Fully Charged locations. To book a service at Silverstone, Guildford, Cornwall, or New Forest, please contact the store directly. For London Bridge, you can book online via our website.

I don't live near you, what happens if there is a problem?
If you experience any issues with your eBike, you can reach out via our Service Centre page, where you can book an appointment with our Technical Support Team.
All Fully Charged eBikes come with:
- 2-year warranty on electrical components
- 5-year warranty on the frame
For non-electrical issues, most local bike shops can handle standard mechanical repairs. If specific parts are needed, we can supply them directly to you or your local bike shop.

Our 6 month guarantee
If you experience a warranty issue within six months of purchase, and a remote fix isn’t possible, we cover:
- Labour
- Parts
- Return shipping
After six months, our Technical Support Team is still here to help—just get in touch, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Will you repair my eBike not bought from you?
At Fully Charged, we only repair and maintain eBikes that we stock, and therefore have the diagnostics, training and parts to offer a premium service.. If you bought your eBike from a manufacturer we don't stock, we recommend contacting the brand directly for servicing options.
We specifically do not repair:
- DIY eBike conversions
- eScooters

What kind of maintenance will my eBike require?
We always say: “Keep up, don’t catch up” when it comes to maintenance. To keep your eBike running smoothly, we recommend:
- Annual servicing – Either with us or a trusted local bike shop
- Regular checks – Tyre pressure, brake wear, and drivetrain lubrication
